voucher and send both to SCORE.
Your telephone bill MUST accompany
your vouchers to verify the charge. We 'll
copy and send to you for your records.
If you make a pay phone call, please say
so on your voucher.
Long Distance calls from a pay phone
should be charged to your home number,
so they will show on your telephone bill.
